Organized into five sections, “Hermitic Scholars,” “Divine Landscapes,” “Politicized Animals,” “Humanized Plants,” and “Written Images,” it offers a comprehensive introduction to the historical contexts, major themes, and philosophical backgrounds of Literati art.
